Elena is much more than just a superior fundraiser. She is driven by an innate desire to share her expertise and empower others to do their best work. Elena stepped in as a senior philanthropy advisor while our organization was between development directors and stayed on as an expert resource while our new director was on-boarding. She was equally comfortable training our board of directors, offering feedback to staff leadership, mentoring less-experienced members of our development team and crafting highly effective solicitation strategies. Everyone she collaborated with on our team was positive about the experience. Elena and her associates care deeply about the organizations they work with and the nonprofit sector as a whole.
