Blue Hill Heritage Trust

Blue Hill Heritage Trust contracted with Brandt Associates to conduct an Internal Assessment to help determine our organization’s Capital Campaign readiness. In this process, Elena engaged our entire staff and board with surveys and one-on-one interviews to give a well-rounded view of where we stood as a team. Her skills as an interviewer, and ability to navigate difficult conversations, were exceptional. Everyone on our team felt heard and respected by Elena and that this was a worthwhile and productive effort. The result of the assessment was a clear list of recommendations for our organization to focus on and fine-tune before embarking on a large-scale campaign. Working with Elena helped our organization highlight some key areas for improvement, as well as areas that we can celebrate as current strengths. The whole process was efficient and effective, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
