Tri-County Mental Health

Despite the size and history of our organization, we never had a Development Office. The Board of Directors were not told that development would be part of the their role. When it became clear that we needed to integrate this initiative into our organizational culture, we were incredibly fortunate to have been referred to Elena.

The way in which Elena focuses her time with me, our Board, our staff and people within our community is always clear, straight-forward, patient and thoughtful. Elena looks everyone in the eye, does what she says she will do and keeps everyone in the loop. Her positive “can do” attitude has been key to alleviating our fears and concerns about creating our first-ever Development Committee and conducting and search for a Development Director. We are very grateful.
